Credits and billing

Where did my credits go?

Every movement of your balance is listed in the app: tap the credit count in the top right, and the history is under it. A shot is charged when it is ordered and paid back automatically if the render fails or never returns a usable clip.

I subscribed and my credits have not arrived

They are granted when the App Store confirms the purchase, which is usually within a few seconds. If the balance has not moved after a minute, reopen the app. If it still has not, write to us with the date of the purchase.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us, and we cannot cancel one for you. On your iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Apple's own instructions are at support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the credits you have already been granted stay in your wallet.

Refunds

Purchases are made from Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue one. Where a render fails, the credits it cost are returned to your balance automatically, which is the remedy the app itself provides.

Using the app

My film did not appear

A render takes tens of seconds and finishes on our servers, so it can land while the app is closed. Open the app and it will be in Reels. If it is not there and the credits were charged, write to us: every shot is recorded on our side and we can tell you what happened to it.

Can I delete a film?

Yes. Hold down a reel in the Reels tab to delete it, or open one and hold the last shot in its timeline to remove just that shot. Deleting is permanent and the credits it cost are not returned.

The video is not what I described

Every frame is made by an AI model, and models get things wrong. Shorter, more concrete sentences tend to work better than long ones. There are two guides on writing for it under Guides.

Content and safety

Films are generated from what you write and are visible only to you. There is no feed, no sharing between users, and no account. If you believe something the app produced should not have been produced, send it to hello@jazzgames.net and we will look at it.

Deleting your data

Settings, then Delete my data, removes your films and your record from our servers. There is no account to close: the app is tied to the installation on your device.
